On one of my travel adventures with my travel partner Niki, we went to a little town in the center of Texas called San Saba. We were surprised by just how much this tiny little town has to offer for a weekend get away. Niki wrote about it for the ATX Woman, read it by clicking here.

Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway with friends, or something romantic, there's a lot to offer; parks, wineries, great food, shopping, dancing, even a Christmas Extravaganza. We had the chance to visit each of the little wineries in San Saba: Old Man Scary Cellars & Wedding Oak Winery, and stayed at the perfectly lovely and stylish Dofflemeyer Hotel. I even bought boots at Harry's Boots!

I enjoy and make art. I take photos. I travel. Apparently, I like to talk about it because "life is not whatnot".
